What is the main difference between the adhesive and MagSafe types?
The adhesive type uses a high-quality adhesive to attach securely to the back of a smartphone or case. The MagSafe type attaches magnetically to MagSafe-compatible devices, allowing for easy snap-on and snap-off use without adhesive.
Can the MagSafe grip be used with a non-MagSafe phone?
For the best experience, the MagSafe grip is recommended for MagSafe-compatible devices or cases. However, you can use a Magsafe adapter ring(included in our package) on a non-MagSafe case to enable magnetic attachment.
Will the MagSafe grip interfere with wireless charging?
No, our MagSafe grip is designed to be removed easily. Simply take off the grip by sliding off to wirelessly charge your device, then snap it back on when you're done.
How durable is the grip? I’ve seen some reviews mentioning durability issues.
We appreciate all feedback and are constantly working to improve our products. Recently, we enhanced durability by upgrading the glue type on the magnet, ensuring it won’t easily detach from the base.
